ARTchix group itty bitty's

these are paper itty bitty's which are 3 inch by 3 inch collages for a swap in Artchix yahoo group. I got 6 from other artists in return. I have to mount those too but here are the ones I did for the swap.

Hi, Scary Cheri! I came to your blog by way of Carole's.

Your itty bitty's are great. 3x3's have a lot more room than inchies.

Wonderful work here. And . . . welcome to the world of blogging. I've found friends from all over the world from blogging. I wish the same for you, and more! Much success to you!

You commented on Helens blog about wondering what a nickle is.

In quilting, a nickle is a five inch square block and lots of quilts can be made from collections of 5 inch squares and the units that can be cut from them: four x 2.5 inch squares and 2 x 2.5 inches wide strips and triangles 5 and 2.5 inches on sides.
HTH.

Fannie, Jean and Carole, thank you for the kind comments on my itty bitty's. They really are quite addictive to make. I am going to try inchies next, lol. I can't believe some of the gorgeous art you can fit into an inch.
Marva and Melinda, and everyone else, Happy Mom's Day. Looks like mine will be spent somewhere between TX and OK, lol. Depends on if they ever get this pipe off our truck so we can go reload.
Thank you Diana. I love all the quilting the internet has enabled me to see. I hope to try some soon. I appreciate you taking the time to let me know about nickels. Helen makes some gorgeous quilts. She is such a sweetie too when I have asked for help.
