Fabric postcard with dyed batting

I made this today for a friend of mine. Can't tell you who until after she gets it but I hope she will like it. I used some of the dyed batting I made yesterday. The scan really doesn't show how bright the colors are darn it. Maybe will try taking a picture of it later. Hugz

Love the colours of the dyed batting and how you've used it in the postcard. Great stuff :)

hi Annelie and thank you for the kind comments. Yes of course you can
link to me. I would be proud. I am new to this blogging thing but so
far it's fun. I need to sit down and play with it some more to find out
how to do more. I add links when I have time and there is something
called blogarithim or something like that I need to check into Helen says,
lol. Have a wonderful day. I have to go chase some grandkids, l;ol.

Hi ScaryCheri. You don't scare me though. But I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this fabric postcard. It is GORGEOUS!!! I love bold the colors you used, and the wonderful fibers, and the stitching. And the button too. All in all, it's quite beautiful. Great work!

Thanks for all your comments on my blog, and the one you just left on the Pink Silk. You should pull out your silk and try it. But it wouldn't end up looking like fabric, and you do beautiful fabric work.

Also thanks for putting me on your blogroll. Now I'm going to put you on mine.

One more thing Cheri. How cool that you and your hubby are truck drivers. I am a Chiropractor, and work in a clinic that's a 5th wheel trailer, parked at a TA truck stop in Commerce City, CO. Most of my patients are OTR and local truck drivers. I do chiropractic and CDL physicals. So, it's a small world, isn't it?
